Q. Where is Bluff St Props located?
A. We are located at 556 Tift St SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. We are across the street from the Culture Experience and to the left of the McAllister Cannery building. We are about 1 mile from the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Downtown Atlanta.
Q. When is Bluff St Props open?
A. We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9am until 5pm. We do offer By Appointment Only visits on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday but ask for advanced notice to accommodate this request.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Yes, there is free street parking available and often space in front of the building if you need to grab and go.
Q. Do I have to come into Bluff St Props to place an order?
A. No, although we would love to see you, we now have an online rental store that allows you to browse a large collection of our inventory and all of our best renters. You can easily create your own account and put in your online order before pickup. We still recommend coming into the prop house to see the full inventory as we are always working on adding to the store but if you know what you're looking for, the site works perfectly.
Q. Do I need an account to rent with Bluff St Props?
A. Yes, we do need to set up an account in the system to start a file and track rentals for the future. The account set up process is fairly simple. Please head over to our New Client page for all the information you need.
Q. I have a last minute shoot, can I pick up day of?
A. In a perfect world, we ask for 24 hours notice but we can absolutely make last minute rentals happen. We will need some basic information from you to get a production account set up. Once we have you in the system, we will generate an invoice, take payment, and have you out the door.
Q. What about cancellations and refunds?
A. No refund will be issued once rentals have left the prop house. Rentals that are confirmed and then canceled before pickup are subject to a restocking fee. Why? Because we have already taken the time to pull and process your order.
Q. Can I purchase the props?
A. Typically no, we do not sell much of our prop inventory but we're open to letting go of certain pieces. If you find something you really want to purchase, feel free to ask us! We have select items on Chairish and Etsy for purchase.
Q. Can I use the warehouse for my production??
A. Yes, you can! We have themed spaces that are available to rent by the hour; or you can choose our buyout option and have access to the entire building. You can find out more information about pricing and availability on our Giggster profile .

How To Rent From Bluff St Props
Looking to rent with us? Follow our step by step to get the process moving as smoothly as possible!
1. Head over to our prop rental store!
2. Sign in or create an account with us under the New User option. We only need basic info to get you started.
3. Browse our specified Categories, located on the left hand side of the screen. Select Show All to see everything we have to offer. You can utilize the Search box located at the top of the page using keywords, item numbers, description, etc.
4. Once you've found the props you are looking for add them to your order by selecting Rent. A box will appear and prompt you to choose the duration of the rental and the quantity. If the item is not available for those dates, the system will update accordingly. Once the dates are entered, you can add the item to your cart.
5. At Checkout you will be shown the items in your cart along with the Atlanta tax charge. All orders are subject to additional charges depending on the order.
Once you select Checkout, you will receive a notification and a Booked order email to the address you put on file. When staff is alerted to the order, we can reach out and discuss the order further and confirm the pickup dates.
